collaboration with ENSI.

When equipment is defective, it is necessary to use after-sales service to have it repaired. This service is provided by 2SP ELECTRONIC and D-ri-V, one based in MOULT, near CAEN, in the department of Calvados and the other in SAINT-LÔ, in the department of Manche.

In order for the equipment to be repaired as quickly as possible, the following procedure must be followed:

1/ complete the online form. The validation of this form automatically sends e-mails to the persons concerned ;

2/ print the completed form ;

3/ send the complete equipment (in its suitcase for the Tepex 2S), accompanied by the form, to the appropriate address.
